If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you expected, we are here to help. Whether it's a Heritage Necklace Set or our delicate Glass Bangles, we ensure a smooth resolution to any issues with your order.

We perform strict quality checks before shipping. However, since jewelry is fragile, if you encounter any damage during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.

Steps for obtaining a return/replacement:

To initiate a request, please email Glorikabangles@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9044965652 within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the product (especially for damaged glass bangles).

Once approved, our team will guide you on the return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, your request will be processed.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Custom-made Bridal Sets or personalized jewelry.
  • Bindis and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.
